(Medeshi)- The minister of planning of the republic of Somaliland has told the press that two Danish aid workers have been deported from the country. The two had worked for DDG ( Danish Demining Group) and DRC ( Danish Refugee Council ).
The aid workers have been accused of violations of Islam by preventing workers to pray and also insulting prayers calls .
Somaliland is an unrecognized state that withdrew from union with Somalia in 1991. The country has its own institutions and has functioning democracy.
