(Al Jazeera)- A deal announced at the UN will supply a new HIV drug to millions of patients in developing countries for $75 for a year's supply, as opposed to $75 a day, which is the pill's price in the US.
HIV/AIDS activists say it could be an important moment in the fight against the virus.
