Two men were shot outside a busy Tube station following a shocking week of violent crime in London.
Armed police swarmed on Mile End station in east London after the double shooting on Friday night.
Witnesses reported seeing at least one man being treated by medics outside the station, which was closed off by police following the shooting.
The two men, both in their 20s, were taken to hospital in a serious condition.
