Saudi charity distributes food baskets and Iftar meals in Somaliland and Yemen






(Riyadh Daily)- King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre (KSRelief) distributed, in the 18th day of the holy month of Ramadan, 1250 food baskets, in Puntland state benefiting 7500 people, 2050 food baskets in Sool region benefiting 12300 people and 4000 cartons of dates, in Somaliland, benefiting 32000 people.

The distribution falls within the framework of humanitarian projects provided by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, represented by KSRelief, to all affected and needy people, in various countries, including those affected by the drought, in Somaliland.
King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre (KSRelief) has distributed in the 18th day of the holy month of Ramadan 1754 Iftar meals in a number of Shabwah's directorates to 1328 displaced people, 58 people with special needs and 358 hospital patients, 1200 Iftar meals in Dhale governorate, Yemen to 750 displaced people and 450 patients in the hospitals and 1130 Iftar meals, in Taiz governorate, Yemen, to 825 displaced people and 605 patients in the hospitals.
(KSRelief) also distributed 1000 Iftar meals in Tuban district in Lahij governorate, Yemen to 759 displaced people, 100 people with special needs and 150 hospital patients, 1245 Iftar meals, in Marib governorate, Yemen, to 400 displaced people, 100 people with special needs, 570 patients in the hospitals and 175 students, 400 Iftar meals, in Sana'a governorate, Yemen, to 400 people with special needs and 833 Iftar meals, in Aden governorate, Yemen, to 583 displaced people and 250 patients.
This aid comes within the framework of distributing 264,080 Iftar meals for 13 Yemeni governorates and within the framework of a project to distribute 264,080 Iftar meals targeting 13 Yemeni governorates provided by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, represented by the KSRelief, for the Yemeni people.
