Leaked doc- Donors cancel support to a Somali state over the illegal arrest of Mukhtar Rabow

(Medeshi)-Donors have cancelled the  funding for the Somali South State police training over the illegal arrest of Mukhtar Rabow and the killing of 15 civilians as a result of the protests that followed the arrest.
